Bestwood Country Park - Pit Tip: c.20 Siskin [at western edge of main Plantation - present for at least a week]. Mill Lakes: c.50 Siskin [present for at least two weeks].
Holme Pierrepont - 70 Eurasian Wigeon, 5 Golden Plover, 4 Kingfisher, 5 Grey Wagtail [over], 1 Sedge Warbler [ringed], 5 Reed Warbler, 8 Blackcap, 12+ Chiffchaff, 20+ Goldcrest, 15 Siskin, 40+ Lesser Redpoll [in small groups flying SW all morning].

East Leake Gravel Pits - 155 Northern Lapwing [on shallow gravel pit by main road].

Kimberley - 5 Common Buzzard [circling the Kimberley/Awsworth by-pass, looked very much like adults and juveniles drifting slowly towards Langley Mill.
Netherfield Lagoons - 35 Golden Plover, 1 Dunlin, 1 Whinchat, 5 Lesser Redpoll, 3 Chiffchaff, 1 Reed Warbler, 3 Blackcap, 15 Siskin, 2 Common Buzzard, 7 Barn Swallow, 18 Meadow Pipit, 7 Skylark [through after mist lifted], 2 Grey Wagtail, 1 Cetti's Warbler, Black-necked Grebe [still present on the Slurry Lagoon].

Hucknall - Tawny Owl [alarm call at 01:00], Green Sandpiper [calling from site of adjacent old Linby Pit tip at 12:00].

Welbeck Lakes - 2 Osprey [passed through the site one at 16:42 and the second at 17:02], Sparrowhawk [female], Little Grebe, Great Crested Grebe, 1 Common Buzzard, 1 Jay, 3 Grey Heron, 2 Cormorant, Coal Tit, Nuthatch.
Oxton Estate - 70+ Northern Lapwing, 12 Golden Plover, 7 Common Buzzard, 17 Common Pheasant, 10 Greater Black-backed Gull.
Hoveringham - Railway Lake: 1 Peregrine [immature male], 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Common Sandpiper, 2 Blackcap, 1 Little Egret.
Attenborough Nature Reserve - 30+ Chiffchaff, 2 Lesser Whitethroat.

Budby Pumping Station - 4 Eurasian Wigeon, 2 Grey Heron, 30+ Linnet, 14 Gadwall [7 pairs], Siskin [large flock], Little Grebe, Merlin [in the trees directly opposite the entrance to the site], Barn Swallow [small flock still resident], 1 Goldcrest, 5 Kingfisher [2 adults and 3 young showing well], Treecreeper, Willow Warbler, Goldfinch [numerous young], 45 Northern Lapwing.
Hockerton Housing Project - Osprey, Peregrine [seen occassionally during week], 3 Common Buzzard, Common Kestrel.

Netherfield Lagoons - 7 Common Buzzard, 1 Hobby, 7 Yellow Wagtail, 4 Chiffchaff, 2 Northern Pintail [flew through around 15:00], 8 Common Snipe, 3 Water Rail, 153 Northern Lapwing, 147 Barn Swallow, 4 House Martin, 3 Sand Martin, 2 Sparrowhawk, 2 Common Gull, 1 Common Kestrel, 18 Meadow Pipit, 3 Blackcap, 1 Dunlin, 1 Common Swift [probable heading south but species id not 100%]. Butterflies and Dragonflies: 4 Common Blue, 1 Brimstone, 1 Red Admiral, 1 Small Copper, 5 Small Tortoiseshell, 7 Migrant Hawker, 9 Common Darter.

Budby Pumping Station - 3 Egyptian Goose [flew in from South, stayed 5 minutes then headed off West], 20 Gadwall, 1 Eurasian Hobby (adult, seen twice), 3 Grey Wagtail, 12+ Chiffchaff, 1 Common Crossbill [North].

Netherfield Lagoons - 1 Peregrine [over Slurry Lagoon - with damaged right side secondaries. Hunted over the lagoon twice in an hour between 09:40 and 10:40, took a Feral Pigeon on second round], 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Garden Wrbler, 3 Common Pochard, 8 Eurasian Teal, 1 Common Snipe, 1 Sparrowhawk, 77 Northern Lapwing, 173 Black-headed Gull, 2 Greater Black-backed Gull, 7 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 2 Stock Dove, Argentine Blue-bill, Peruvian Blue-bill, 47 Barn Swallow, 18 House Martin, 11 Sand Martin, 2 Common Tern, 2 Yellow Wagtail.
