- Wed 28th Sep: Lound - The Pectoral Sandpiper was still present on the Neatholme Scrape at 17:55 in bad weather. Also there this morning Bar-tailed Godwit on Chainbridge lane scrape
- Wed 28th Sep: Langford Lowfield - In the morning, 1 Little Egret at least, 1 Green Sandpiper
- Wed 28th Sep: Holme Pierrepont - small mixed flock of swallows and house martin main rowing lake.
- Wed 28th Sep: Bestwood (Mill Lakes) - Lesser Redpoll, 10 Grey Wagtail, 2 Gadwall, 10 Teal, 18 Shoveller, 3 Swallow.
- Wed 28th Sep: Annesley Pit Top - Juvenile Curlew Sandpiper present in the morning at least, also a Merlin
- Tue 27th Sep: Lound - Pectoral Sandpiper - Juvenile on Neatholme Scrape currently viewable from Cross Lane end. 10.45am
- Tue 27th Sep: Lound - Pec Sand still present on Neatholme Scrape at 11.30am, feeding on small island between the river bank and the Cormorant Roost on the main overgrown island. Also Hobby and 8 Red-crested Pochard there.
- Mon 26th Sep: Annesley Pit Top - Richards Pipit (AM at least), Woodlark, Ring Ouzel and Curlew Sandpiper.
- Sun 25th Sep: Nottingham - Mediterranean Gull, Clifton Bridge at 11.00am
- Sun 25th Sep: Hoveringham (Washing Pit) - Western Yellow legged Gull, 37 Golden Plover, 3 Snipe.
- Sun 25th Sep: Hoveringham (Sailing Pit) - 6 Egyptian Geese, 6 Yellow Wagtails, 3 White Wagtails[by main gate], Tawny Owl, 2 Common Buzzards.

- Sun 25th Sep: Clifton (Holme Pit) - Water Rail heard calling at the Holme Pit and 45 Mistle Thrush feeding in field behind the pit.

- Tue 20th Sep: Beeston Rylands - 2 Common Sandpipers, Grey Wagtail
- Mon 19th Sep: Nottingham - On the Victoria Embankment, a goose closely resembling Lesser White Fronted, in large Canada flock feeding on the bank. It had the blaze and the eyering, although it didn't appear at close quarters much smaller than the Canada's. also Grey Heron, 3-4 Greylag Geese and a Great crested Grebe.

- Sat 17th Sep: Eakring - Pink-footed Goose - 5 skeins going ESE, totalling 305 birds ( 08-40 to 09-30), Egyptian Goose - 5 in flight
- Sat 17th Sep: Colwick CP - Grey Wagtail,c.420 House Martins, c.120Swallows, c.40.Sand Martins.
- Sat 17th Sep: Beeston Rylands - c120 House Martins, 2 Yellow Wagtails.
- Sat 17th Sep: Attenborough - Chiffchaffs [6], Willow Warbler [1], Blackcap [4], Common Whitethroat [1], Yellow leg Gull [Coneries], Treecreeper, Sparrowhawk, Jay plus a few Swallows and House Martins.
- Fri 16th Sep: East Leake - c30 House Martins along Brickyard Lane, also Common Buzzard circling S.of village at 1130.
- Fri 16th Sep: Clipston - Barn Owl seen flying low over grass field.
- Fri 16th Sep: Bestwood - On the Mill Lakes -- Teal x 21, Gadwall x 17, Shoveler x 4, Kingfisher x 2, Ruddy Duck,female with 5 very small young.
- Fri 16th Sep: Beeston Rylands - 70 + House Martins, 4 Red leg Partridges.
- Fri 16th Sep: Attenborough - 3 Little Egrets [Clifton Pit], 4 Wigeon [New Workings], Arctic Tern [juv.], 272 House Martins, 64 Swallow [moving mainly sw.], + Speckled Wood, 2 Red Admiral, Small Copper + Migrant Hawkers, Common Darters, Ruddy Darter[near Delta Gate].

- Fri 9th Sep: Nottingham - Clifton Bridge, Mediterranean Gull [ gravel spit - mouth of Fairham Brook]
- Fri 9th Sep: Holme Pierrepont - Eclipse drake Garganey on the East Pit in the evening, 3 Goldeneye.
- Fri 9th Sep: Eakring/Wellow Area - 2 Hobbys seen from Red Hill, Whinchat - still at Eakring Flash. Plus at least 6 Common Buzzard in the area. All seen early-mid PM.
