Collingham - New Workings: 2 Common Goldeneye, 1 Common Redshank, 3 Green Sandpiper.
Besthorpe - Pit north of Collingham New Workings: 6 Common Snipe, 1 Common Redshank.

Lound - Pectoral Sandpiper [juvenile on NWT Hanson's Pit - North of Chainbridge. Flushed from Hanson's Pit, then found again in SE corner of Walter's Lane pit].

Stanton-on-the-Wolds - c.25 Redwing, c.25 Fieldfare [Fieldfares feeding on berries, Redwings digging for worms. Flew west. Probably also accompanied by some migrant blackbirds.]
Attenborough Nature Reserve - Delta: Northern Pintail [male on New Lagoon], Water Rail, 2 Fieldfare. Clifton Pit: Jack Snipe, 2 Common Snipe, 35 Tree Sparrow.
Netherfield Lagoons - 200 Fieldfare [flying West over Severn Trent land. 70-80 stayed on the surrounding fields all afternoon], 12 Redwing, 1 Merlin, 2 Sparrowhawk, 2 Common Buzzard, 6 Siskin, 5 Yellowhammer [and up to 12 around Severn Trent land], 2 Northern Pintail [on slurry lagoon], 5 Common Snipe, c.4 Water Rail [calling around the site and good views of one in flight], 1 Chiffchaff, 30 European Golden Plover, c.28 Redwing [including 25 on stubble fields].Thu 18th Oct

Wollaton Park - Red-crested Pochard [female on lake - possibly same bird that spent last winter on the lake].Sun 7th Oct
Netherfield Lagoons - Dusky Warbler [All day - in bushes between entrance by the maggot factory and the viaduct. Flew across Trent at 18:40], 1 Northern Pintail, 1 Ruff, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Rock Pipit, 6 Common Snipe, 10 Siskin, 1 Redwing, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 70 European Golden Plover, 1 Northern Wheatear, 11 Skylark, 18 Swallow [in one group hawking over the Deep Water Pit], c.30 Blackbird [around the whole site, well above normal numbers for the site].
Attenborough Nature Reserve - 3 Little Egret [Clifton Pit], Yellow-legged Gull [near Centre on blue buoy], 10+ Tree Sparrow [on feeders near Clifton Pit hide].
Holme Pierrepont - A52 Pit: Peregrine, Common Buzzard, Common Snipe, Stonechat. Blott's Pit: 2 Northern Pintail, 5 Common Snipe.
Annesley Pit Top - 3 Jay, 5 Redwing, 1 Bullfinch, 2 Stonechat, 1 Kingfisher.

River Pit: Northern Pintail [female], Railway Lake: 90 Eurasian Wigeon, 70 Common Pochard, 220 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 7 Herring Gull, 5 Greater Black-backed Gull, 2 Yellow-Legged Gull, Common Snipe.
