Blyth - Merlin [male, flew over the A1 before the first Blyth exit].
Attenborough NR - Erewash Field: 5 Stonechat [2 males, 3 females]. New Workings: Green Sandpiper, 4 Goosander, 2 Egyptian Goose, 2 Lesser Redpoll, 2 Yellowhammer. Clifton Pit: 14 Wigeon, 10 Goldeneye, 18 Shoveler, 2 Common Buzzard [Barton side]. Delta: Bittern [viewed well back in the reed bed & 200 yards along the Bund]. Works Pit: 16 Goosander.

Moorgreen Reservoir - 1 Lesser Spotted Woodpecker, 6 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Woodcock, 1 Willow Tit, 3 Lesser Redpoll.
Hoveringham - Sailing Pit: 1 American Wigeon, 2 Pintail, 3 Goosander, 1 Redshank, 4 Whooper Swan [on approach to Sailing Club], Tawny Owl [in usual tree along River Trent].
Barton-in-Fabis - 2 Corn Bunting [set-aside just north-west of Brands Hill Woods, Linnet, Reed Bunting, Yellowhammer [birds together in a 100+ mobile mixed flock].

Barton-in-Fabis - Twite [seen in the set-aside field near Branshill Wood at 10.30am with a large Linnet flock. Very mobile ranging across several fields in the area with the mobile Linnet flock, but it was seen very well on a few occasions], 70+ Yellowhammer, 80+ Reed Bunting.
Nottingham City Centre - 2 Peregrine [Newton Building - with prey].
Rufford CP - Goosander [male], Nuthatch, Willow Tit, 2 Goldcrest, 2 Grey Partridge.
Budby Common - 2 Jay, 2 Green Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker, 22 Linnet, 15 Meadow Pipit, 2 Yellowhammer.
Attenborough NR - Delta: 1 Bittern [seen at 8:30am and 5am from the hide], Erewash Field: 5 Skylark, 6 Stonechat, 2 Common Snipe, 2 Green Woodpecker.
Holme Pierrepont - 3 Smew [1 male on Blott's Pit], 2 Chiffchaff [rowing course at the 1500m point on the south side].
Annesley Pit Top - 2 Goldcrest, 4 Shelduck, 1 Little Grebe, 4 Yellowhammer, 4 Teal, 10 Gadwall, Tufted Duck [numerous], 2 Stonechat (Male & female around bottom lagoon]. Plus: 1 Fox.
Attenborough NR - 2 Kingfisher [Clifton Pond & Delta], Shelduck, Gadwall, Pochard, Teal, 3 Egyptian Goose, Shoveler, Goldeneye [pair on Church Pond], Great Spotted Woodpecker [drumming, near church], 1 Green Woodpecker [near church], 15 Goosander [Works & Main Ponds], Tree Sparrow [on feeders and along river].Fri 2nd Feb
Attenborough NR - Delta: 3 Bittern [birds visible at the same time on the left hand side of the hide - seen by four observers], 3 Water Rail [in delta reeds], 1 Common Buzzard, 1 Woodcock, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 3 Willow Tit [several recently including singing birds].
Stoke Bardolph - Great Spotted Woodpecker, Coal Tit, 2 Nuthatch, 22 Redwing, 2 Goosander [male & female], 22 Goldeneye.
Netherfield Lagoons - Stonechats [male & female - fishing pit], New Workings: 30 Teal, 2 Grey Partridge, 70 Linnet, 17 Reed Bunting, 7 Yellowhammer, Golden Plover [high & north east].
Annesley Pit Top - 2 Jack Snipe, 2 Stonechat [around bottom lagoon], 160 Black-headed Gull, 436 Lapwing, 5 Golden Plover [only the 2nd record this year, used to get 1000+], 53 Coot [New Site Record], 4 Yellowhammer, 2 Goldcrest, 4 Teal, 10 Gadwall, 4 Shelduck.
Sutton Bonington - c.150 Fieldfare [feeding off field, north side of Landcroft Lane], Redwing, 2 Tree Sparrow [Hungary Lane].
Wollaton Park - Blackcap [female], Great Spotted Woodpecker [drumming]. Plus: Red Admiral butterfly.

Rufford CP - c.3 Hawfinch [around the main car park between 8am and 9am, mainly feeding in the canopy, but sometimes lower, very vocal and giving superb views in the early morning light].
Dunham Lakes - 88 Mute Swan, Green Woodpecker, 300+ Rook [in evening roost].
Clayworth Common - 113 Mute Swan, 2 Whooper Swan, c.25 Yellowhammer.
